Payment: All credit and debit card transactions are completed through Paypal. Personal checks will be deposited and cleared prior to shipment. If paying by check please use our contact page and let us know which item number(s) you would like, then an invoice can be generated and e-mailed to you.

Shipping & Handling: We are proud to announce that Shipping and Handling are Free.

We ship with USPS. We use there tracking services and we also include that for Free.

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.

Please contact us through our Contact page before you ship anything back, so we can issue you a return number. Then we will be able to promptly resolve your issues.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box. Be sure to specify the return number and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

If for some reason you have to return anything, we strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

Refunds: Returned item(s) will only be accepted within ten days of the purchase date. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
